Short-listed films addressing this theme will be screened in Baghdad in March 2019

Baghdad, 26 December 2018: With support from film and theatre representatives in Mosul, Erbil, Baghdad and Basra, UNAMI Human Rights Office (HRO) and implementing partners, Art City Film and TV Production, will hold a national short film festival and competition on human rights and minorities in Iraq.

Short-listed films addressing this theme will be screened in Baghdad in March 2019, as part of the annual 3x3 short film festival. The top three entries will be awarded cash prizes. Regional screenings will follow in governorates including Mosul, Erbil and Basra. For further details and deadlines see the attached Call for Scripts and Short Films.
