Iraq | International Women's Day 2022

On International Women's Day (IWD), we celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women as we call for action to accelerate the achievement of gender parity. The theme for IWD 2022, “gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”, emphasizes the need for inclusivity, tapping into everyone’s potential. Planting olive trees, a universal symbol of lasting peace and partnership.
