IHEC-UNAMI concluded seven thematic lessons learned workshops

On 24 March, IHEC and UNAMI successfully concluded seven lessons learned workshops covering thematic technical areas such as public outreach, legal, operations, procurement and logistics, IT, training and procedures and elections security.   Participants from IHEC HQ and governorate offices thoroughly reviewed and discussed the activities, challenges, and lessons learned from the 2021 CoR elections and agreed upon the recommendations for further improving Iraq’s electoral process.  The summary of all thematic discussions and outcomes is being compiled and will be presented during the general lessons learned workshop scheduled on 27 – 30 March with the participation of senior IHEC and UNAMI officials.
