“These latest suicide bombings in the Sunni heartland of Tikrit show that despite the terrorist Daesh being relentlessly routed on the battle fronts in the face of the steady advances by the Iraqi Security forces, and despite the wish of civilians that returned to the liberated cities to restart their peaceful life, the terrorists are sparing no effort to indiscriminately target everyone and anyone who is not willing to die for their barbaric inhuman Takfiri ideology.”
