Baghdad, 19 November 2018 – The Special Representative for Iraq of the United Nations Secretary-General, Mr. Ján Kubiš, strongly condemns the bombing that targeted civilians in the city of Tikrit in Salaheddin Governorate north of Baghdad on Sunday.
