SRSG Kubiš condemns suicide bombings in Baghdad and Basra

Mr. Kubiš expresses his sincere condolences to the families of the deceased and wishes the injured speedy recovery.



“This is yet another cowardly attack by the terrorist Daesh. Indeed, they are showing desperation after their continued defeat on the battle front,” Mr. Kubiš said.



“Such horrible acts will not weaken the resolve of the Iraqis, who are determined to defeat terrorism,” the SRSG added.
