BEIT Newsletter Highlights Progress on Inclusive and Sustainable Development in Iraq

The third edition of the Building Equitable and Inclusive Transformation (BEIT) Newsletter highlights recent progress under the European Union-funded project jointly implemented by UN-Habitat, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Trade Centre (ITC).

The newsletter showcases achievements and ongoing efforts to advance affordable and sustainable housing, labour governance, social dialogue, energy efficiency and inclusive economic development across Iraq.

The project contributes to the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (2025–2029) in Iraq, particularly through efforts that support sustainable economic development, employment and sustainable communities.
